Chingus is a fables semiconductor manufacturer of JEDEC Standard and Embedded flash solutions for the computing, computing peripheral, digital consumer wireless and networking applications.

A pioneer in the design and development of P-channel Flash memory technology, Chingus offers the highest quality, most durable low-power, non-volatile memories based on their proprietary P-Channel technology.

Memory Products - “ESMT”

In contrast to main memory products, ESMT focuses their design and manufacturing on specialty legacy Memory IC's, including DRAMs for such markets as PC peripherals, IA products, Optical Devices and Communication Devices.
